Pokemon - Vulpix and Ninetales Cosplay by Shonen-Ai-Freak94 Pokemon - Vulpix and Ninetales Cosplay by Shonen-Ai-Freak94
This is our Vulpix and Ninetales Gijinka Cosplay worn at AnimagiC 2012 in Bonn.

Words cannot describe my love for this Cosplay! TTvTT
It was so much fun to make the costumes and even more fun to wear them!

The dresses as well as the tails and ears were sewn by ourselves. We also bought an umbrella and a parasol and painted them with Pokéballs and pseudo Japanese ornaments! Hahaha ^^°

As a comparison you can find the sketch of Ninetales' design here: [link]

And if you're interested, there's also a sketch of Vulpix's design but that one's really just a quick sketch! ^^° ----> [link]

It made us really happy to meet so many people who took their time to chat with us and liked our Cosplays enough to take photos of them! Thanks to all of you~!

This is great... My daughter wants to be Ninetales for Halloween this year and this gave me a great idea for it, just need to find the right tails.  Where did you find them?

Oh, thank you very much for the compliment!
I made the whole costume myself, including the tails. I sewed them out of fur fabric and stuffed them with foam. There's a wire inside each tail which makes it easier to shape them! ^o^

I wish you good luck with it~!

Oh god! I'm very sorry for the late reply!
I used fur fabric for the tails. Then, I put a wire in each tail and stuffed them with foam in order to give them a nice shape.
The tails are attached to a belt which is fixed with shoulder straps in order to hold them up.

I hope this was of help and I wish you the best of luck!

Great idea, cheaper then a girdle.
Fur fabric is expensive though.....
I intend to use pool noodles.
Thank you, for the info!
